Coventry University
Benny Tjahjono, a Professor of Sustainability and Supply Chain Management, has a distinguished research track record, securing grants from organizations like EPSRC, ESRC, and InnovateUK. He was a key member of a consortium awarded a €3,995,643 Horizon2020 MSCA Innovative Training Network focused on the European Circular Economy. Prof Tjahjono’s research emphasizes Sustainable Operations and Supply Chain Management, particularly exploring Circular Economy principles in manufacturing. With an engineering background, he proposes environmentally-conscious manufacturing systems. Beyond research, he actively contributes to research-enriched learning initiatives, publishes extensively, and supervises doctoral and master’s students, leading a team of doctoral researchers.
Prof. Dr. Andrivo Rusydi

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Andrivo Rusydi (born January 19, 1976) is an Indonesian physicist and senior lecturer specializing in nano-technology. He is a permanent researcher and lecturer in nanotechnology and nanoscience at the National University of Singapore. Andrivo’s research activities span various countries, including Singapore, the United States, Germany, Canada, and more. He serves as a visiting professor at the Center for Free Electron Laser and the Institute for Applied Physics of the University of Hamburg, Germany, and as a visiting researcher at the Department of Physics, University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois, USA, and the University of British Columbia, Canada. His research outcomes are utilized globally, benefiting countries such as the United States, France, Korea, Japan, Australia, Germany, Canada, Taiwan, and others.
Dr. Margarita Pavlova

Margarita Pavlova, the Director of the UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre (Hong Kong) and an Associate Professor at The Education University of Hong Kong, brings over twenty years of international experience in education across Europe, Asia, the USA, and Australia. Her research focuses on policy, planning, and curriculum development in vocational education at national and international levels. Pavlova is internationally recognized for her work, particularly in the areas of education for sustainability, development, and green skills. Her research interests encompass Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for economic and social development, the “Greening” of educational policy and curriculum development in developing countries and countries in transition, Education for Sustainable Development within an international context, and the globalization and internationalization of education.
Dr. Ahmed Abdul Malik, Lc.
Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia
Dr. Ahmed Abdul Malik, a faculty member at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, hails from Nigeria and earned his postgraduate and doctoral degrees at IAIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta (now UIN Jakarta). Recognized for his scholarly achievements, his recent book received the award for the best scientific book of the year. In 2017, he was also honored as the best lecturer. Over the last two years, his research has covered topics such as leadership patterns and their impact on customer satisfaction, Islamic management perspectives on human and material resources, women’s rights in Islam, challenges posed by secularism, liberalism, feminism, and pluralism, and ethical considerations in media and communication. Some of his publications appeared in prestigious journals such as the Australian Journal of Commerce Study and the IOSR Journal of Humanities and Social Science.

Prof. Vina Adriany, M.Ed., Ph.D. (Education)
Vina Adriany is Head for Centre of Gender and Childhood Studies, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Her research focuses on the issues of gender and social justice in early childhood education (ECE) as well as the impact of neoliberalism in ECE. She has published numbers of peer review articles and books chapters on the topic. She has also been invited as visiting lecturer in Sutan Qaboos University, Oman; Gothenburg University; and University West, Sweden. She was a guest editor for Policy Future in Education (PFIE) Special Edition on Neoliberalism and Practices of ECE in Asia and Journal of Pedagogy’s special issue on “Negotiating the local and global discourses in shaping Early Childhood Education Practices in the Global South: An act of Decolonialisation”. Currently, she serves as an editorial board for Policy Futures in Education (SAGE); International Journal of Early Years Education (Routledge); Global Studies of Childhood (SAGE); and Children and Society (Wiley-Blackwell).
